Self made can almost do any thing, we can do simple things, like hanging mirrors or pictures. Nailing some trim and painting a closet. We also can accomplish the more complex jobs like, flooring, bathroom remodels, drywall, mudding, taping as well as lawn care. Pretty much anything to do with making your house look great we can accomplish. We also do contracts for property management.

Basic

Book today and experience the top-notch quality of our service. Basic jobs include but are not limited to, small trim work, quick bathroom touch up’s and repairs.Hanging pictures. Fixing small holes in drywall. In simple, jobs that can be completed in and around an hour or two. These jobs will be a flat fee.

Standard

We'll help you create a tailor-made solution that's specific to your needs and wants. Standard jobs entail longer hours and call for more skilled labor, such as but are not limited to, removing and installing entry way flooring, bathroom flooring or kitchen flooring. Vanity installment, Painting an individual room or bathroom. Trim for a whole room, fixing big holes in dry wall and much more. Give us a call and let’s plan.

Premium

This would be jobs such as but not limited to, bathroom remodels, multiple room flooring, trim for the whole house, installing full sheets of drywall and much more. Give is a call.

Lawn care.

This will be a weekly flat fee depending on size of lawn. It includes mowing and trimming. More can be added if talked about. Give us a call.

Property management.

Handing out eviction notices or late payments. Cleaning out apartments and doing the necessary steps to make the apartment move-in ready. Repainting and paint touch up’s, floor and wall repairs. Installing new door locks and handles…. We will take care of any problems whether we handle it or we have to call to make it happen.
